Hello Biggerpocket members,

I am looking at a wholesale deal. It would be a first one. I am looking over the information an the wholesalers information is off from what I calculated. So, how would I go about informing the wholesale their numbers are off.

Two numbers were off when I did my research. I estimated a ARV of 260k and 30k in repairs. They estimated a ARV 300k and 15k in repairs.
