NO DEED OR PLAT WITH DIMENSION OF THE LOT

So I'm in the process of buying a foreclosure property in Texas which the plan is to tear down the distressed house on the lot and build something new. So I requested to get a survey done before we close on the property, but the survey can't be finalized because they can not track the deed or find a plat of the lot with dimension on it.

Title can not locate any information nor can the County Clerk.  The one suggestion I gave them is to try to pull all the deeds of the lots around the lot I'm looking to purchase to then figure out what belongs to the lot I'm trying to buy.

I will take any suggestions and recommendations. What should I do to get this done correctly and close on this deal? Thanks in advance!

That is just not possible.  A bank lent money on the property and subsequently foreclosed.  Their was a deed, deed of trust, notice of intent to foreclose and a foreclosure deed all which would reference the legal description.  My guess would be the postal address is incorrect or something along those lines.  Is there a parcel # for the appraisal district <
