First Property advice/ help
Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and I am interested in getting involved in real estate along side practicing law. I recently found a property that I could use some basic advice for. The property is selling for $50,000 and is renting for over 3,000 a month to a commercial tenant. The property seems quite low considering the rental price and I was wondering if anyone has any advice of what I should be looking for in my first viewing to help explain this price.
