Appraisal of property
Hi BP, I'm considering bidding on a multi-family property in an area that does not have much multi-family stock to do an up to date market comparison. I see that the public record shows the property's recent assessment and appraisal value. Should I use these numbers as a starting point to submit a bid? Thanks.
