Working with Realtors?

My name is Tim and I am new to real estate investing. My goal is to "Buy, Fix, and Flip Properties. I have a cash partner and we have been in contact with some realtors and have been given a list of "handyman properties" to look at and make offers on. My questions is: The realtor asked me what kind of profit we were looking at making on the properties and said she would do everything to locate that type of property for me and my partner. Problem is my partner does not want to tell the realtor what we want to make. I thought this was good advice from the realtor that would save us time at looking at so many properties and making offers on them. What should I do? Any Advice?

Well if you are only willing to buy properties that have a $50k profit, and she doesnt know that and is sending you properties that have $20k in profit potential, then it seems like everyones time is being wasted right?
