Hi just got off the phone with FSBO trying to sell his five apartment complex. There are 3 two beds renting at $750.00, 1 one bedroom renting at $550.00 and a smaller 1 bed at $475.00 totaling $3275.00 gross the owner pay electric and water he says in the summer that's about $1000.00 per month and winter $500.00. He is willing to look at seller financing at 6%. what would be a fare price to pay that would make the deal work?
