Hello, I've been an avid stock market investor/trader for over 15 years. It's time for me to diversify and invest some profits in rental properties. Looking to start an LLC and look for deals and long term rental holds. Do you think it is wise for me to hire a real estate attorney to help start the LLC or do it myself through sunbiz (FL) or the many other websites?
