Thinking of Buying a Condo in Hyde Park Chicago to Flip

Title says it all.... here is the address and unit..... i advise to look at the comps via redfin or zillow to see what similar condos in the same building and nearby building have sold for....is this too good to be true??? Am i missing something? Is flipping condos a bad idea when the potential seems enormous? Please Help!!!!!!!! Thanks :]
