As you may know, buying property in Florida is getting more difficult all the time. After many attempts, finally closed on a residence for the wifey. Shes' happy and you know the saying. "When mamma is happy, EVERYONE is happy" and vice versa. Anyway, now I have more garages for the cars!! Rich.
p.s. deal was decent and will work out well.
