Hey BP! Happy New Year! My husband and I are closing on our 3rd rental this week. We are also thinking about trying to buy from the foreclosure auction in Knoxville TN at the city county building. We are of course doing a lot of research. Anyone near Knoxville have any advice or insight on buying from an auction in Knoxville? Thank you!
