Hi I used to invest and buy cheap houses in the Detroit area in the 10-20k range put in some money and rent them out for 800-1000 per month. Or Sell them with a profit. I wasn't in MI for 6-7 years and would like to get back in the game. Looking for advise on how the market is doing there and for brokers to help me with properties. Thanks
