InvestUS buy and flip REO's feedback

Hi all,

I have come across a company called InvestUS (www.investus-property.com) who offers to buy and flip undervalued REO properties in the Chicago area and promissing a 20% margin within 6 month. Has anyone got any feedback to share about this company ? 20% margin sounds too good to be true so I am curious to hear from other investors who have dealt with this company before.
