Does double escrow has to disclose the final sale price?

Hello BP,

I am a wholesaler and I am trying to find an escrow agent that do double title and not disclosing the original purchase price or final sale price in the bay area. I called American First Title and they said that they have to disclose the original purchase price to the final buyer and disclose the final sale price to the original buyer. Does anyone run into situation like me?
