Looking for contractor's / GC recommendations in Northern NJ

Hello, fellow BP'ers,

I'm looking for investor-friendly contractors in Northern New Jersey area that would be willing to come out to a potential purchase (multi-family house) to provide a job estimate which is almost like full renovation (but not total gut).
