Another 5 deals under contract today!

We put 5 more townhouses under contract today, but before I get to that. I wanted to say Merry Christmas to all, and I hope your dreams are being fulfilled!

I only snapped a few pics of the 5 on this deal, as I got wrapped up in the process and forgot about taking pictures of those, as we looked at a total of 15 properties that day.

Owner just did full rehab on all units, then decide it was time to exit. So they are turn-key as you can get. We picked them up for just under 88k a unit, market rents are over 1.2k per month. I think this makes our 40th deal for the year, and the last one as we head into the holidays.
