Where's the best city to buy foreclosures for fix and flip TODAY
So I've successfully flipped a number of properties and now I'm looking to relocate to the hottest investment market to take my company to another level, but I'm struggling to decide WHERE my best option is. My all in cash budget is $150,000. Pittsburgh? Grand Rapids? Tampa?
All good markets...but I feel I'm a little behind the ball on all of the listed cities above. So please give me some advice where I should relocate to see the best return on my investment on fix/flip properties. THANKS
