Horry County Myrtle Beach ...to flip?

Hi! Does anyone know much about the current market in Horry County, specifically the homes more inland from the beach? Please let me know if I can pick your brain, I may want to make it a primary home for my family or as an exit strategy flip it instead...if you think a house in the mid 330k could sell in that neighborhood 4bed 3.5 bath on bear strand trail.

Thoughts?

Advice?

Buying it for 190k probable put 30k into it.
