Financing for second investment property
So, I used a line of credit to buy my first rental property which is a duplex. I'd like to just stick with this one property for at least 6 months but want to buy another one once I feel more comfortable with the whole management aspect of investing. Therefore, my question is what is the best way to finance a second property? Can you roll over the debt from the line of credit into another type of loan? What is a good financial institute to work with for this kind of transaction?
