Hello!

I am a real estate broker in KY that is representing a client on the sell of some multi family property. We currently have one under contract and should close during January. My client is looking to do a 1031 exchange in the Venice or Sarasota area. They will be looking for a beach front condo. I am looking for a Broker that is knowledgeable about 1031 exchanges and the Condo/vacation rental market. Thanks in advance.
