Wholesale deal how to work with buyer Agent need advice

Hello all I have a wholesale deal and need some advice

My seller does not want to work with a REA in selling his property but will allow a buyers agent to get involved.

What will the process be like if a buyers agent gets involved since I just have under contract and I can assign to a buyer?
