What kind of ownership style to use?

Hi, I am have 4 single family properties which i rent out. One I own through an LLC but the rest I own personally. What i noticed with the LLC is that its quite a bit more expensive to maintain due to tax prep, higher cost of insurance and difficulty to get financing. I wonder what are other investors are doing as far as how the properties are owned especially landlords who own many properties.

Thanks!

VY

I own all my properties in either my name, or my wifes name. Some people own everything in an LLC. Everyones situation is different.
