Do I have an asset or a liability??
I recently bought my first home and live in it with 2 tenants. With their rents, I have enough to cover the mortgage and am left just with taxes and insurance each month. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I am not sure if my situation is still considered a liability or if I could call it an asset. I'm also not sure if this is super important or something I should be worried about, but am interested in hearing some opinions from experienced investors.
