Looking for a seasoned veteran willing to assist me in learning their keys to successfully finding properties to flip in Jacksonville or surrounding areas ( St. Augustine, etc..). I live in St. John's. I'm reading as much as possible about wholesaling and flipping properties but to actually see how someone goes about it in real time would be of great value to me.
