Success Path:  Tarek & Christine of HGTV Flip or Flop.  Has anyone heard of or has any one gone to one of these seminars?  They happen to be coming to some communities around my area for investing.  Well, let me back up their team (not them personally) are coming to share their tips and tricks to how they do what they do.  So the question once again, has anyone heard of or attended one of these?  Appreciate your input.
