getting discouraged
hello everyone, im new to this site, seems very informative, hopefully someone can shed a little bit of light on a question for me. I live in greenville sc, new to investing but have been doing construction for the last 20 years. i have always been interested in the fix and flip. I finally have found 2 propertys that i feel are a great deal BUT here is the problem im having trouble getting in touch with a real estate agent, seems nobody will return my calls, second i would like to use a hard money lender and so far i have called several and have not recieved a call back from them either. Is this normal?
that's very discourging i finally found couple of property's and i cannot get ahold of an agent, or a lender, maybe its just fate telling me to sit back and watch everyone else make money in real estate like i have been doing the last 15-20 years.
