Deal or no deal. That is the question
I live in a city where newer properties are somewhat hard to come by and I'm looking at a duplex that is only 12 years old. It rents for $600 each unit so $1200 total a month. $1800 in property taxes a year. Is this a deal that you would do or pass on?
