Westside Cleveland Agent and Management Company recommendations

Looking for anyone who can recommend a good investor friendly agent who specializes in the Westside Cleveland area.  Specifically looking at Lakewood, Ohio along with Westpark and far western edges of Cleveland.  My main focus is multi-family but also open looking at single family properties as well.

I'm also looking for a good management company in this area as well.
