Tax Sales Question for GA

I was wondering if anyone had any information on Tax Sales in Georgia. I understand the process but I am unsure of what existing liens would need to be paid off. I see Liens only for 2009-2011 being for auction but also unpaid taxes for during 2012-2016. Does this mean after foreclosing on owner, the lien purchaser will be responsible for these property taxes as well? Or will they be extinguished.

Thank you very much
