Fortworth, TX SF Property
Hi: I have a renovated SF listing in Fairmount District, Fortworth, TX and the property has been on the market for almost 2.5 months now (avg. DOM for that area is 75-80). The list price is competitive, agent is marketing it (the way it should be), and feedback from showings have been generally good/positive with a few exceptions. However, no offers yet. As an investor, all my money is tied up and I cant go on to my next flip until I sell this property.
I am looking for inputs (1) Should I take off the listing now (since market will be slow anyways due to the holidays) and re-list the property next year? (2) When would be a good time to re-list the property - mid January 2017/end of January 2017?
Any additional suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
