Better to buy a home that needs no remodeling or that needs?
So lately I've been scoping out potential buy and hold properties with the aim of analyzing a large number, for preparation purposes of course...and then a question entered my mind:
Should I buy one that's new/completely remodeled or should I buy one that can use some touching up here and there?
Example: incase of an emergency sale -yet I had previously upgraded the property and can therefore sell it for higher ROI.
Thoughts?
