Is being a Realtor good or bad?
Hello, planning to buy and hold real estate and want to know the pro's and con's. Should I become a realtor and buy RE, or not.
Would love to hear people's input.

Being a Realtor will not teach you to be a real estate investor, but if you are planning to do real estate in an ethical manner, I see no negatives to being a Realtor. It helps more than hurts. I compare it being a Financial Advisor, you don't have to have a degree in finance but I am sure it does not hurt :)
The MLS access alone is huge. One listing or buyer representation a year covers all of your fees.
