Jumping Into the Real Estate World

Hey everyone,

I'm very new to the real estate world. I'm currently in the process of closing on my first property [a single family and a 2 unit building]. I'm very excited to get started and feel very confident about my first buy and hold venture, but I want to get more involed with the industry instead of continuing to work full time.

I've explored other areas of the industry and considered getting licenced and going the real estate agent route, as well as wholesaling [already have contracts and leads as well as a few potential buyers]

I thought I'd come here to start a discussion and gain some knowledge from those of you already working in the industry. What are your experiences/challenges? What do you do and how do you spend your time?

Any and all advice for a newbie is wholeheartedly welcome!
