Holiday Season Deals

Listening to the Podcast and their quick tip talked about the Holidays being a great time to purchase real estate, especially REO and Bank owned. I agree and was wondering some of your thoughts on trying to hunker down for this last month and really focusing in on finding a deal, or maybe even two or three!! I am newly in the Tampa/St. Pete area, so I am still learning the area, but I would love to hear some other's ideas and plans for the Holiday Season in regards to real estate
