Do I still have problems?

Hi,

I have attached a picture, which was from the home inspector in regards to the issues in the bathroom,

Pic 1, from the wall, inspector said its due to humidity that why its bowing, but is this because there maybe a leak under the floor boards or behind the wall?

Pic 2 & 3, from the celling, the owner said about a month ago there was a leak from the property above, but the HOA fixed it, but i am just worried if its still leaking?

I look forward to your replies.

Thanks
