I've tried every which way I know to locate the owner of a vacant house (tax rolls, speaking to neighbors, etc.), but keep hitting a brick wall. Can anyone recommend an affordable, solid skip tracer? Property is located in Austin, TX. 

Also open to any additional suggestions or advice. Thanks.
