Noticed new listing in Norwood, MA for a small 3/1 single family that while it may have been properly maintained, it likely needs work and the location may be right for complete rebuild in the future as Norwood is perfectly located.

This is NOT my listing and I know little about it however I was practicing using the investment calculators using this property.  Experienced investors might want to take a look although it seems to me you'd have to get the nocked down on price quite a bit.
