FSBO Forms for Seller to Give to Buyer - Illinois

I'm a first time FSBO seller that plans to post a listing in Illinois. Should I be giving real estate forms to my potential buyers at the showings in case they want to put in offers? If so, what forms should I be handing over to them? I want to make this as easy as possible for them to put in an offer and to keep the process running smoothly.

Well there's a specific FSBO form, a 6.1 RE contract, a property disclosure form, a radon disclosure form, and lead based paint form you should have completed and ready to go. Your RE attorney should be able to assist you if you're not using an agent, and I hate to say it, but this is why you should have an agent
