Primary Residence 203K

Hi all,

I am currently trying to purchase a bank owned property for my primary residence.  The bank previously accepted my offer however due to a non-functioning well the deal was killed.  I would still like to go through with the property however I would at the minimum need to fix the well.

Can anyone suggest some options I should explore to help facilitate the purchase of this property,  If you need any details I am happy to share, just ask.

Thanks all,

Matt
