Trump Administration Impact on Real Estate

An interesting article on Realty Shares on Nov 16 discusses the potential impact "the new Trump administration may have on real estate" The article goes into two main areas reducing regulations & 'Huge' spending. With the reduction in regulation being a possibility the author believes this will ease credit for home buyers and investors, increasing real estate prices.

The second point is that huge infrastructure spending will increase inflation and interest rates.

What are other biggerpockets investors sentiment?

Will real estate prices go up during the Trump administration?

Will interest rates go up during the Trump administration?

Will inflation go up during the Trump administration?

If so do most bigger pocket investors feel comfortable increasing real estate holdings now at the lower rates?
