Getting my ducks in a row !

Hi BP Community,

I have just recently started my journey in real estate investing. I think I have enough info to get me started and long way to go.  I hope with BP community and like minded people my long journey feels short.

So I am trying to get my ducks in a row like having my mechanics set up first, such as availability of closing (Title) company or Attorney office that will do double closing and assignment if needed, and their requirements to do so.  I am also looking to build my list of cash buyers in the Atlanta area (Any Area) to be more comfortable when putting offers that might come through as a result of my recent marketing campaign.
