Creative Financing Forms

Hi, I just learned about creative financing about a couple weeks ago, and I'm intrigued by the idea. I would like to have a local real estate attorney to draft appropriate forms for me to move forward. Here is a list I'd like for my attorney to draft: 1. Lease option. It needs to be flexible enough such that I could use it as buyer or as seller. 2. Subject to agreement. I to verify banks won't call the loan due, or have a way to mitigate it. 3. Rental agreement. Eviction process needs to be well defined. 4. Traditional buying a property via a lender. It's not creative but should be in my back pocket just in case. I'm not considering seller financing as I'd prefer sandwich lease option instead. Did I miss other essential creative financing forms? Thanks, Gene
