How to find mortgage with out down payment??

I'm a new investor in central Florida I buy a manufacturer home to put it to rent , I'm run out of money for make another step to the real estate business, I'm trying to get a mortgage deal with very low down payment less than the 10% but banks are not that comfortable with that option, what should I do? How going find a mortgage approval for my new investment?
