New Real Estate Investor Looking to add Value
My name is Kevan Shelton I am a new real estate investor in the Houston, TX market with a background in residential and commercial construction. Hey Nikolas thanks for responding I work in the construction industry as a project manager I have built track homes earlier in my career but I have done hospital and banking construction for the last 8 years. I currently do corporate construction projects for CBRE the worlds largest real estate company. I am new to investing I have always been in construction but never got into actually investing in real estate.
