Questions about submitting an offer on a HUD property

Hi BP, I'm submitting and offer on a HUD duplex this week, but I'm very unsure about the stipulations on buying the property. Does anyone have experience with it that wouldn't mind a quick call tomorrow?

I wish I knew about the website last March when I bid because I never got to see the property condition report on my current house deal til last week! Once you put it under contract, they pull the house off the website and all the uploaded docs go with it!
