So this is officially my reintroduction into the BP forums. I joined BP about 3 years ago but at the time I didn't know or understand what value I could actually bring to the forum so I had mostly been inactive during that time. Since then, well... I obtained my TX Real Estate license and have a better understanding of what my niche should be and what my unique value proposition is. This time around I'm hoping to connect with RE Investors, Builders or Developers looking to do business specifically in the 75220 & 75209. Why these specific zip codes? Well, quite honestly no other Real Estate Agent possesses the deep knowledge I have of that geographic territory. Not only what's on the MLS but more importantly what's not! ie. FSBO's, Vacant lots, Vacant property, etc. The reason being that for the past 10yrs I've worked for the US Postal Service, so that gives me an insight and the opportunity to obtain and know all this valuable information. So now what I would love to do is to turn all this valuable info into money by connecting with people that'll be the right fit for what I'd like to accomplish, creating a win-win situation for all parties and get some deals done!
