Repeat Financing
I'm working on acquiring my 6th rental and I'm at the point where I need to look into new ways to finance. I'm in Grand Rapids, MI. I don't have much cash but have a lot of equity in my current houses. I'm looking for a finance source that can finance my new deals using equity as collateral in lieu of a down payment. I will refinance so they have first position. I'd like to repeat this process using the BRRR strategy. Do any lenders come to mind? Thanks!
