New to real estate - Need help
So I am an 18 year old kid right out of High School and while searching for things to do with my life I came across Grant Cardone. I immediately liked the idea of real estate and what it has to offer.
So I honestly have no idea where to begin. I've seen no money down type of ways but do not understand how to convince someone to drop that much money on a deal. Clearly I'm lacking knowledge. I decided I'm going to just find a deal and go from there.
Went on LoopNet and found a few and was curious if some could help decide what makes a good deal etc etc.
Thank you!
Please comment and let me know whats wrong/right with these deals. Or if LoopNet is even the right place to do so.
