Condo not allowed to be a rental / any way around this?
There is a condo for sale in need of updates, but great location and excellent price. However, I've been told by the realtor that the building only allows two rentals, and there are already two rentals. The condo has been on the market for months, price has dropped, etc. Is there any way to get around this association rule? Thank you!
