Multi family houses in Baltimore

I have been trying to find multi family houses (duplexes, triplexes) in Baltimore city but I am having some issues. It appears that there are many townhouses around, and when there is duplex for sales, only one side of the duplex is for sale (as in the duplex has two owners, not one). Am I missing something or not searching correctly?
