Possession of Condo REO
I'm looking for more opinions on
Just close on a condo reo auction, listing says it's "occupied" but it's actually vacant. No utilities for about a year, no answer from door knocking.
How do I take possession/break into unit legally? I know 100% no one has lived there for some time, can I skip the eviction route in this case since it's really vacant.
Your experience and opinions are welcome.
